	David W Ware - Chairman David was responsible for moving the business from Bristol, and for purchasing our existing freehold site in 1969, now being adjacent to the motorway network. Thanks to his vast electrical and mechanical expertise, he was solely responsible for Wares timely move towards mechanisation, and its consequential high output through the 70's and 80's. The 1990's saw David being joined in the company by his daughter, Tina, and his son-in-law, Terry Kelly. David is still responsible, along with the other directors, Tina And Terry, for all major capital decisions.
	Terry Kelly - Production/Finance Director In conjunction with our Chairman and our Managing Director, Terry is responsible for all capital investment and the future direction of the company. Terry handles all production scheduling and liaises closely with the factory management team.
	Tina S Ware-Kelly - Managing Director In addition to her involvement in capital purchasing decisions, Tina is responsible for the administration of all Health & Safety and ISO 9002 related matters for the company.
	Richard Hughes - General Manager Richard was promoted to General Manager in November 2001 and is accountable directly to Terry Kelly for the general smooth running of the company. He is also responsible for the efficiency of the factory production unit and for the maintenance of all the capital equipment. Additionally, due to Richard's extensive knowledge and hands-on approach, he assists in the capital investment decision making process.
	Chris Blackall - Production Assistant Chris is Richard's right hand man, who stands in for Richard when necessary to ensure the efficient running of the factory. He is also responsible for carriage & completion, and the accuracy of all factory paperwork.
	Christine Williams - Administration Manager Christine is the PA to the Directors. She is also responsible for all internal accounts, personnel, salaries and related issues.
	Sue Taylor - Receptionist Sue is often our first vital point of contact with all our customers, either on the telephone, or at our factory. Sue also assists Christine, to help ensure that the daily administrative aspect of our business runs smoothly.
